Términos de servicio
Estos términos regulan el uso de los servicios de Maru y de Maru Asistente, la aplicación que conecta cuentas de empresa de TikTok con automatizaciones para responder comentarios. Al conectar tu cuenta o contratar el servicio, aceptas estos términos.
1. El servicio
Maru Asistente lee los comentarios públicos de los videos de la cuenta de TikTok que lo autoriza y publica respuestas automáticas en nombre de esa cuenta, con los textos y reglas que el negocio define (por ejemplo, responder con la dirección del local o invitar a escribir por WhatsApp). La aplicación no envía mensajes privados, no comenta en cuentas ajenas y no publica contenido sin las reglas acordadas con el negocio.
2. Quién puede usarlo
El servicio es para negocios con una cuenta de empresa de TikTok, mayores de edad y con autoridad para conectar esa cuenta. Quien la conecta declara que tiene permiso para hacerlo.
3. Responsabilidades del negocio
- Definir textos de respuesta veraces y que cumplan las Normas de la Comunidad y los Términos de servicio de TikTok.
- Mantener actualizada la información que el bot comparte (dirección, horarios, canales de contacto).
- Avisarnos si quiere cambiar o detener las respuestas automáticas.
4. Uso aceptable
No se permite usar el servicio para enviar spam, publicar contenido engañoso, acosar a usuarios ni para cualquier fin que infrinja la ley o las políticas de TikTok. Podemos suspender el servicio si detectamos ese uso.
5. Disponibilidad
El servicio depende de la API oficial de TikTok. Si TikTok cambia, limita o suspende el acceso, el funcionamiento puede verse afectado sin que sea responsabilidad de Maru. Hacemos lo razonable para mantenerlo activo y corregir fallas, pero no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones.
6. Datos personales
El tratamiento de datos se rige por nuestra Política de privacidad.
7. Pagos
Los precios, la forma de pago y el mantenimiento mensual se acuerdan directamente con cada negocio antes de empezar.
8. Terminación
El negocio puede desconectar la aplicación en cualquier momento desde la configuración de TikTok o pidiéndonoslo. Al terminar, dejamos de acceder a la cuenta y eliminamos los datos asociados según la Política de privacidad.
9. Responsabilidad
El servicio se presta "tal cual". En la medida que lo permita la ley, Maru no responde por daños indirectos ni por decisiones que tome TikTok sobre la cuenta del negocio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al monto pagado por el servicio en los últimos tres meses.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República del Perú. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los jueces de Lima.

Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Maru's services and of Maru Asistente, the application that connects TikTok business accounts to automations that reply to comments. By connecting your account or hiring the service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Maru Asistente reads public comments on the videos of the TikTok account that authorizes it and posts automatic replies on behalf of that account, using the text and rules defined by the business (for example, replying with the store address or inviting people to message on WhatsApp). The app does not send private messages, does not comment on other accounts, and does not publish content outside the rules agreed with the business.
2. Eligibility
The service is for businesses with a TikTok business account, of legal age and with authority to connect that account. Whoever connects it declares they are allowed to do so.
3. Business responsibilities
- Provide truthful reply texts that comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- Keep the information the bot shares (address, hours, contact channels) up to date.
- Let us know if it wants to change or stop the automatic replies.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send spam, post misleading content, harass users, or for any purpose that breaks the law or TikTok's policies. We may suspend the service if we detect such use.
5. Availability
The service relies on TikTok's official API. If TikTok changes, limits or suspends access, the service may be affected, and Maru is not responsible for that. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and fix issues, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Personal data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments
Prices, payment terms and monthly maintenance are agreed directly with each business before starting.
8. Termination
The business may disconnect the app at any time from its TikTok settings or by asking us. Upon termination, we stop accessing the account and delete related data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Maru is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions TikTok makes about the business's account. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima.
